What types of puzzles does your company offer?We offer puzzles that celebrate Black and brown people, highlighting our vast beauty, and humanness. We also design puzzles that depict the imagery of resonating Black culture.

Where do you get the artwork for your puzzles?Storytelling through photography is what sets us apart. Each puzzle is conceptualized, photographed, and created to capture the beauty, joy, and humanity of Black and brown people in art form.

Are all of your puzzles 1,000 pieces?Yes. We want you to fill your time with intention. Our puzzles are meant to give space for you to get lost in a hobby.

Are your puzzles suitable for all ages?Our puzzles are designed to be enjoyed by individuals 18+.

Can I customize a puzzle with my own image or design?We offer design concepts for Brand partnerships requiring a minimum of 1,000 puzzles. Inquire at caredesk@pepopuzzles.com.

Do you offer bulk discounts for corporate events or special occasions?Yes, we provide special pricing for bulk orders. The minimum purchase is 25 puzzles. Contact us at caredesk@pepopuzzles.com to discuss your specific needs, and we'll be happy to assist you with custom quotes and arrangements.

What materials are used in your puzzles?Our puzzles are made from high-quality materials to ensure durability and longevity using eco-friendly and non-fade options.

Can I buy replacement pieces for a puzzle if some are missing or damaged?Unfortunately, we have not found a way to offer replacement pieces for our puzzles but are working to. Find a remedy to this problem.

How do I care for and preserve my puzzles?To maintain the quality of your puzzles, store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid exposing them to moisture. If necessary, clean the pieces with a soft, dry cloth. If deciding to glue the puzzle for framing or display, we recommend Mod Podge Puzzle glue.

When will my order ship?Shipping is processed on Mondays and Thursdays unless impacted by holidays for orders placed the week prior. Please allow 5-7 business days for the ordering process before shipping.
